New Chapter, A New Course
It’s been a while since I last wrote. Life’s been shifting—quietly at first, then all at once.
As a family, we decided it was time for a change. After years in Switzerland, we’ve made the move back to England. A new home, a new rhythm, and the start of a new adventure.
Alongside that, I’ve been listening closely to a deeper question: What kind of work do I truly want to do now?
Coach North was an important first step—born from a desire to support others through change, while navigating my own. But over the past year, clarity has arrived. The thread that runs through all of it—my own journey, the coaching, the sailing, the mountains—is this:
Transformation through adventure.
That’s the core of Navaia—my new venture and the next big leap.
Navaia offers experiences designed to help people change direction, reignite purpose, and remember who they really are. Some are short and simple. Others are long and wild. All are built around one belief: that when we move through the world differently, we start to see ourselves differently too.
Here's what’s coming:
Ignite Your Life: Weekly coaching, mindset-infused Zwift rides, and thought-provoking content to help you shift from stuck to sparked.
Change Your Path: Weekend and week-long retreats—by foot, bike, or boat—for those ready to press pause and reflect more deeply.
Transform Your World: Epic adventures across land and sea—like hiking remote trails or crossing the Atlantic under sail—for those seeking a complete reset.
Right now, I’m in the thick of it. Getting the boat ready for its next ocean crossing. Working through UK business setup. Learning, reworking, fixing, and figuring out—all while reminding myself that this is exactly what adventure feels like at the beginning: a little shaky, a little scary, but full of possibility.
There’s anxiety—of course.
A new identity I’m still growing into.
Financial pressure—not panic, but presence.
And yet… I’m more certain than ever that this is the right path.
I’m not doing this to chase millions. I’m doing it because I believe in it. Because I know what it feels like to be successful on paper but lost inside—and I know how powerful it can be to step outside, move your body, and rediscover what really matters.
Real adventures don’t come with guarantees. That’s what makes them matter. They demand courage, commitment, and a bit of faith.
And if we’re brave enough to say yes, they often take us somewhere better than we ever planned.
