Sail to Stillness

You don’t need more time. You need this time.

Stillness is waiting. Just offshore

Sail away from the noise. Anchor beside a quiet beach. Let the rhythm of the sea slow you down—sunrises, salt air, and space to breathe.

  • Unplug. Unwind. Come home to yourself.

This is not a cruise. It’s a quiet, anchored retreat.

We sail just far enough to leave your normal life behind—and drop anchor in a peaceful bay off an untouched coast. There, surrounded by water and sky, you’ll experience a rhythm few people ever taste.

Wake with the sun. Swim before coffee. Take slow walks. Yoga on the beach. Glide over water on paddleboards. Cook together, share stories, or sit in silence. Let the day unfold without urgency, driven only by what feels right.

This is stillness. And this is your time to feel it fully.

  • You don’t need to run. You just need to drift.

In a world that rewards speed and screens, stillness becomes an act of courage.

On board, there’s no rush. No signal. No schedule. Just breath, presence, and the soft motion of the sea. This retreat invites you to come back into your body, your breath, and your clarity—without distraction.

Alongside slow days and shared meals, you’ll find quiet resources to guide your reflection—books, questions, journaling prompts, and space to think differently. And when you’re ready, I’ll be there to help make sense of what surfaces—to ask the right questions, to listen well, and to gently signpost ways forward.

This is where the coaching happens. Not in a classroom, but in the quiet between waves.

You’ll leave with more than rest. You’ll leave with perspective—and a clearer sense of what’s next.

  • Meet Epiphany — your off-grid sanctuary at sea.

Epiphany is a Hallberg-Rassy 43 — a classic ocean-going yacht known for her strength, beauty, and comfort. Built to cross oceans, she’s steady in a swell, elegant in motion, and deeply safe. This is not a flashy charter boat — this is a home. A place to breathe, to belong, to be held by the sea.

Below deck, she’s warm and welcoming. Polished wood, natural light, and quiet corners for reading, journaling, or simply watching the sky. Outside, a wide teak deck and shaded cockpit give you space to stretch, reflect, and share meals under the open sky.

She has sailed across the Atlantic, weathered storms, and carried stories across thousands of miles. Now, she’s here for you — a floating retreat centre, anchored in stillness.

  • Q: Do I need sailing experience?
No. The boat will largely remain anchored during the retreat. You won’t need to sail or navigate—just be.

    Q: Will I get seasick?
Most likely not. We’ll be in calm, sheltered bays and avoid rough weather. If you’re unsure, bring seasickness bands or light medication.

Q: Is this retreat guided or self-led?
It’s gently facilitated—with space for both group reflection and personal time. You can engage as deeply or lightly as you like.

    Q: Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Most people do. This is a safe, supportive space to come as you are.

Q: What if I’ve never done anything like this before?
    Perfect. That’s exactly the point.
